looking for load-bearing requirements of main beam for 20 x 24 foot shed (glorified garden shed). Our building inspector keeps referring to a Home Depot Plan for a 50 x 30 foot shed. Not sure we need same requirements but unsure how to prove to him we don’t.

I had a new house built in 2008. The roof leaked because there was no flashing installed.Flashing was finally installed but it is sitting on top of shingles isntead of being tucked under, can you please advise me what is correct way of installing roof flashing and what is the Ontario code

Inspection of private towmhouses foundations re: depth of sewer lateral lines in relation to main sewer lines.
Requirements re: main sewer verse lateral sewer lines and sewer backup into basement if lateral line are lower than main line

townhouses re: foundation, depth of sewer lines both main and lateral, inspection of sewer lines prior to pouring etc.according to the Ontario building code. code questions. (0.39 seconds)
